Terms & Conditions:
- By taking part in the “Total Gaming Offering” promotion (the “Promotion”) you are bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth below and by the PlatinumAffiliates.com Affiliate Agreement.
- The Promotion Period for this Promotion is from 00:00hrs GMT on February 15, 2010 until 23:59hrs GMT on March 31, 2010.
- All new and existing affiliates that add one of the four existing PlatinumAffiliates.com brands – LuckyAcePoker, SilkBingo, LuckyAceCasino, and SuproCasino – to the list of brands they currently promote (at least one), will receive 60% revenue share on ALL of their activity for February and March 2010.
- Promotion of a brand is considered as such where it can be clearly seen and tracked on an online website. Any other form of promotion will be specifically and individually reviewed and deemed as such by the PlatinumAffiliates.com Team.
- PlatinumAffiliates reserves the right to exclude specific affiliates from this promotion at its sole discretion.
- PlatinumAffiliates reserves the right to modify, amend or terminate this promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice.
- PlatinumAffiliates.com reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to disqualify any individual or affiliate that violates these Terms and Conditions.
